If you live in the Finger Lakes Region, you won’t want to miss this holiday craft sale. The Grey Barn Artisan Craft Fair is by far my favorite event of the year (The CNC Maple Fest is my close second!) so much so that I’m traveling 4 hours each way to participate. The people are super nice, there is wide variety of talented vendors, and the snacks are too delicious. I usually end up spending all my earnings on handmade items from other vendors. This year I will do my best to practice some restraint when it comes to both spending and snacking. But to make matters even cooler, each vendor donates a portion of their earnings to education and agriculture projects in Haiti and visitors also have the opportunity to donate as well. And if you are feeling lucky, there is a huge raffle you can enter for a basket containing a little bit of something special from each vendor. Visit this page for info on the event. I hope to see you there this Friday and Saturday!
